Who's watching Jon + Kate tonight???

I'll admit that I'm watching that stupid show again. I stopped watching it a few seasons ago because listening to Kate was making me want to pull my hair out. But, now with all of the controversy, I set my tivo a few weeks ago. What a train wreck!

Anyway, People Magazine just put out a blurb about them and it is probably a spoiler to tonight's show. So, if you don't want it to ruin your viewing pleasure (?), don't click on it, otherwise check it out. I'd love to hear comments. I am also anxious to hear what they say about it tonight. If Kate's comments are as asinine as they were in the first episode this season, I'm going to be ticked off, but it just may get my blogging juices flowing again.

I watched it, and actually thought that Jon and Kate were going to pull the plug on their show after they repeated over and over that their top priorities were their children. NOPE! What is wrong with these people??? What shelfish people to drag thier 8 children through a divorce while staring in a reality show. To me, the whole thing is disturbing and I am not going to watch one more episode or read one more article about the most shelfish parents on the planet.

TLC needs to pull the plug on this show and should be ashamed for not doing so sooner. How can this be good for the kids to watch this play out on tv years down the road? The funny part is my DVR cut out the last 5 minutes and at that point I really didn't care it was so disgusting. I caught the last bit of their interviews this morning and didn't miss a thing.

I watched it. I came away feeling very sorry for everyone, especially Kate. It is easy to judge others, but I don't want to fault them for choices they made. I do believe they did it so they can provide for their children and as a way to record it as they were too busy to take photos and videos. Hindsight is always 20/20. And even though Kate said the show wasn't responsible for the break up that it would have happened eventually even if they didn't do the show, I do think it really didn't help and may have helped it along. I did think they were going to end the show though. I really feel sorry for all of them (well I guess I am not feeling so sorry for John right now). I can't imagine what it is like to try to raise sextuplets. And yes she is/was a control freak and not always nice to him, but I can't imagaine what I would be like trying to deal with all that stress too. This was a sad episode, but hopefully for the kids sake, the episodes will all be nice fun stuff from here on out.
