- The interview with Will.I.Am by HOLOGRAM!, on CNN, is really stupid!! They are trying to talk serious, but it totally looks like Luke Skywalker talking to ObiWan Kanobi (sp?).
- Should't you have to show an ID to vote? I just walked up, told them my name and my address and signed a piece of paper. This is Chicago....we cheat in Chicago!! The crazy lady at Home Depot asked for my id when I charged $8 worth of dirt on my credit card, but I can walk in and vote without even bringing in my purse.
- If Indiana turns out to be a red state, I won't ever complain about how the Hoosiers drive...ever again. Even when they are driving 50mph in the left lane on the Borman Expressway....they've got my respect and I'll wait.

Election Day thoughts....

When going to vote I wasn't asked for any form of identification either. Ugh... this whole election, from start to finish, has been corrupt. Very sad and scary!
I was asked for ID...of course that was probably because officially my last name is two parts (not hyphenated!) and I only gave her one so she was confused or suspicious. Maybe you look really honest?
I Voted and showed id even though my neighbor friend was working the poll----I think she is a "red" and doing the honest job she is required (she wasn't the one that asked for the id though). However I was not handed an envelope for privacy and when I asked Bob to hand me one he refused--said he "couldn't" --didn't want to be voided out by improper procedure.
I wasn't asked for an ID either. I'm totally with you regarding that Hoosier thing. Today my stomach is hurting, and I'm not sick!

I had to show an ID, but perhaps that's because I'm a democrat in a very red voting district:)
I'm sorry that this outcome makes you feel so very bad. But I am hopeful that this guy will work to bring us together instead of trying to deepen the divide.
Peace! Jeanne
Just for the record, I wasn't insinuating that Obama won because of cheating. But, I was just surprised, given the 2000 election fiasco and how seriously everyone is taking this election that I could just walk in and vote with no ID. Also, Jeanne, I don't think it had anything to do with you being a Democrat in DuPage. Somehow, I got registered as a Democrat too. I was almost embarassed to vote. Just kidding. ;)
