Back to the Real World

I had an awesome weekend in Vegas with some fun ladies! I didn't win any money, but I didn't really expect to. I am not much of a gambler and stick to the machines. I know that the odds are bad on the machines, but I am completely intimidated by the tables. The weather in Vegas was awesome. It was so nice to be able to spend some time outside. It has been so darn cold here! I even spent quite a few hours at the pool on Saturday.

I got back last night right before bedtime. Spencer was awesome! I got home to happy and healthy kids, the house was clean and the laundry was done. I can guarantee that the house would not have been as clean and the laundry would definitely not been done if I had stayed home. How lucky am I!!! Spencer was definitely in "Mr. Mom" mode this weekend. With school, piano, swimming, church and a puking Charlie, he definitely worked hard. He even managed to fit in a trip to the mall, build a fort and take the boys and his mom out to TGIFriday on Sunday. He's good!

Jen, Craig and the babies are all doing well. Jen got released from the hospital yesterday. After being in the hospital since December 11th, I'm sure the cool breeze felt good to her. It sounds like the babies are all doing awesome and will probably all be home some time this week. Then the real fun begins! ;)

Congratulations on the new additions to your family! Glad to hear things are going so well and I'm sure many prayers have been answered with their safe arrival. These are definitely exciting times for all of you.

Lest you think I am some strange stalker, let me delurk, I mean introduce, myself. I went to high school with Spencer and got your blog link in an email from Stephanie Gale. She couldn't say enough nice things about you and was thrilled for your family!

Your boys are precious!

All the best,
Lisa (Caples) Osborn
