Monkey Jack

The good news is that after a lot of practice, Jack can finally make it all the way across the monkey bars! Woo Hoo, Yay Jack!!

I love the way he is so serious until he gets into the clubhouse.

The bad news is that sometimes he is not very graceful with his landings. He had one particularly rough landing, yesterday, at the park. His arm was still bothering him today so, I took him for an x-ray. Luckily, no broken bones, just a badly bruised and sore elbow....poor little guy.

Doing his homework in the doctor's office....at least it is his left arm.

Since the doctor said it wasn't broken, we had some afternoon fun in the yard. :) Don't worry, Jack took it easy...he was all ears when the doctor suggested that he lay on the couch and watch tv. He did come up to have some fun with this cool contraption, but he either pushed it or rolled sideways. We did not do any further damage to his poor arm. ;)

Glad to hear Jack's going to be o-kay. Where did you get that toy from?

The boys got it for Easter. From the box, it looks like one of those Target brand toys. It didn't really work like I thought it would. They had to do sommersaults or roll to make it go. But, they still had a great time with it.
